These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," "you," or "your") and bos55 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bos55 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Choose a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bos55 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance and security measures, we require all Players to complete identity verification:

• You must provide clear, legible copies of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and a recent selfie photograph holding your KTP.
• Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership.
• Verification must be completed before processing any withdrawal request, and may be required at any time during your use of the Service.
• Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• We reserve the right to use third-party verification services to confirm your identity and age.

2.4 Account Restrictions

The following individuals are prohibited from creating accounts or using the bos55 Service:

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and family members of bos55 or its subsidiaries.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from the Service.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Professional gamblers or individuals engaging in arbitrage betting, syndicate play, or fraudulent activity.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

bos55 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• All funds deposited belong to you and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity.
• You are depositing from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are typically processed within 3-5 minutes but may take up to 24 hours depending on your payment provider.
• bos55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud or violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal from your bos55 account:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

bos55 strictly prohibits bonus abuse and fraud. The following activities will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potentially permanent ban:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using betting systems or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements.
• Providing false information to qualify for bonuses.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Before you can withdraw any winnings derived from bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period (typically 30 days), or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Sports Betting

When placing sports bets on bos55, including football betting (bandar bola), Asian handicap (voor bola), and accumulator bets (mix parlay):

• All bets must be placed before the official start time of the event unless specifically designated as live betting.
• bos55 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in cases of obvious errors, such as incorrect odds or event details.
• In the event of postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain bet types. These limits are displayed on the betting slip before bet confirmation.
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse bets from players who consistently win or engage in arbitrage betting.

5.2 Casino Games

For slot games, live casino, and table games:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live equipment to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game providers and represent theoretical long-term payouts.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions, the round will be voided and your stake refunded.
• Bets placed after the result is known or after betting is closed are void.

5.3 Lottery Games (Togel)

• In the event of a draw cancellation or technical issue at the source lottery, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Cheating, hacking, or using automated software (bots) to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain winnings.
• Using insider information in sports betting.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Chargebacks or reversing deposits after using funds to place bets.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or deposit funds.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• bos55 provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, hacking, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Upon account closure, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities. Bonus funds and winnings from abusive activity will be forfeited.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bos55:

• If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian law.
• The arbitration will be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in English or Indonesian language.
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Amendments to Terms

13. Severability
